What is included each month
Sending on the built-in email and texting, AI actions on our key and property lookups outside Hamilton County count against these. Hamilton County lookups are free on every plan. Bring your own Resend, Twilio or AI key and none of it is counted here — you are paying them directly.

When you need more
Buy a pack, or turn on pay-as-you-go in Billing. Packs never expire and are used first. Pay-as-you-go is off until you switch it on, so there is never a surprise on the bill.

Texting from your own number
Every text goes out from a number registered to your business, never a shared one. Carriers require the registration, and we file it in your name.
- One-time setup $99: the carrier registration, your number, the first three months of carrier charges, and one resubmission if the carriers ask for changes. Further resubmissions $15 each. Non-refundable once submitted.
- Your line is included in Team and Pro. On Solo it is $15/month from the fourth month.
- Extra numbers $5/month each. Already have a Twilio or Telnyx account? Connect it on any plan at no charge.
No add-ons
Everything listed in a plan is in its price. Your website, the customer portal, the booking page, forms, review requests, referral codes and the chat on your site are in every plan, and so is texting from your own registered number. The only things billed separately are the one-time texting registration and extra usage past your monthly allowance, both priced above.

Questions people ask
Do I pay per customer?
No. Bring two hundred customers or two thousand — the price is the same. The plan sets how many people are on your team and which features you get.
What happens to card payments?
You connect your own Stripe account and money goes straight to your bank. We never hold it, and we take nothing on top of Stripe's own fee.
Can I move my customers in?
Yes. Import a CSV from whatever you use now — customers, addresses and history. If it exports, it comes across.
What if I outgrow a plan?
Change it in settings and the difference is prorated. Nothing is locked, and nothing is deleted if you move down.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days with everything in Business, no card needed. The one thing that takes a card during the trial is texting setup, because it pays carrier fees filed in your name.
Do you charge for texts I receive?
No. Only what you send counts against the allowance. Replies from customers are free.
